(1) We appreciate you choosing Skinco as your clinic of choice for skin solutions and relaxation. Due to the high demand of our services and with our expert therapists having dedicated allocated time with you, we kindy ask that you agree and respect to our terms and conditions before making an appointment at Skinco.

(2) We understand that you may need to change your booking, we kindly request you provide us with a minimum 24 hours notice. If you cancel within the 24 hour’s notice period or not show at all you will be required to pay in advance for any further appointments to be booked.

(3) An SMS notification reminder will be sent 2 days prior to your scheduled appointment, we kindly ask that you reply back or call us on (03) 5352 2200 to reschedule your appointment. If we haven’t heard from you after a further phone call and SMS we will cancel your appointment.

(4) We kindly request that you arrive 10 minutes early to all appointments to ensure treatment is started on time. If you are running late we reserve the right to alter your treatment time to ensure our next bookings are not affected.
